Shipping & Products
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries in Europe, North America and Latin America. If you’re in a more remote region, drop us a message before buying.
How long does shipping take?
In Spain: 2–4 working days.
Europe: 5–10 days.
Rest of the world: 10–15 days.
You’ll receive a tracking number once it’s shipped.
Are the decks in English or Spanish?
Currently, all decks are in English. We’re working on a Spanish edition — stay tuned!
Are the cards recyclable or eco-friendly?
Yes. Printed locally, plastic-free packaging, and we try to keep everything as sustainable as possible.
Payments & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Stripe (card), PayPal, and Revolut. No crypto. Yet.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving it — if it’s unused and in perfect condition.
Contact us first and we’ll explain the steps.
Can I get an invoice?
Of course. You’ll get a digital invoice automatically after purchase.
Is there a discount for bulk orders?
Yes. If you are a business school, a large consultancy, or an organization looking to equip your entire team, we offer special rates for bulk orders.

How do I use the cards?
There’s no one right way.
We include a Quick Guide PDF with ideas, but they’re designed for you to adapt, mix, and improvise.
Can I combine different decks?
Yes — the decks are complementary. Many users mix Classic + Expansion to build more layered conversations.
What if the conversation gets too "intense" during a session?
The cards are designed to provoke insight and rewire group dynamics, which can sometimes bring tension to the surface.

Are the Nature retreats open to anyone?
They are specifically designed for coaches, consultants, and facilitators who hold space for others. If you are unsure if a retreat is the right fit for your professional path, feel free to ask us.
Can I book a talk or a custom workshop?

In which languages are the workshops available?
Human Play sessions and workshops can be delivered in both English and Spanish, depending on your team’s needs.
Can you design a custom tool or deck for my organization?
We love co-creation. If your team deals with specific complexities—such as succession in family businesses or cultural transitions—we can discuss designing custom metaphors and tools tailored to your unique context.
